Haystack Selection is a boutique, independent agency specialising in the Manufacturing, Engineering and Commercial sectors. We recruit on a permanent and interim basis, giving the highest level of knowledge and service.
We work with clients to deliver a cost-effective, quick turnaround solution while providing candidates with market knowledge and advice without bias. We're down to earth and straight-talking, we always aim to provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates alike.
We leave no stone unturned in the search and if we say we can help, then we'll give everything we can to do just that.
We don't give up. We judge ourselves on results - referrals and repeat business. Not KPI's.

Outside of work Angela is a proud mother of two and wife to Richard. She is working towards her blackbelt in Karate, which she started with her son several years ago. "Finding that balance between home and work is always a challenge, but it's rewarding and I wouldn't change it for the world".
